Who are we ?
We are a family campsite, simple, without artifice. We took over this campsite in 2012 and extensively renovated it to make it today a haven of peace and relaxation. Our values ? proximity, change of scenery and rest.
Services
There is something for everyone at La Chataigneraie. Relax at the campsite swimming pool, have a good time with friends or family on the pétanque area and for the children, the playground is reserved for you! Daily evenings are organized, a good way to get to know other holidaymakers!
Activities
Located in the heart of an exotic territory, the Ardèche will surprise you. The diverse landscapes such as mountains, rivers, typical villages are all places that you must visit! There are also many tourist attractions (markets, tours, tastings, canoeing, hiking).

Usual questions
the river is far from the campsite ?
No, the river is a 10 minute walk away.
Are the mobile homes equipped with air conditioning ?
No, but rest assured they are not exposed to the sun. They do have all the necessary equipment (small oven, fridge, toilet, shower).
Are the mobile homes equipped with a washing machine ?
No, the washing machines are accessible at the campsite's sanitary facilities.
Is there everything you need in the nearest village ?
Yes, Montpezat-sous-bauzon is only 2 minutes away by car. You will find everything you need for a great holiday (bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop, pharmacy, tobacconist's, small shops). Otherwise the nearest town is Aubenas (20 min)
Do I need a fishing licence ?
Yes you need a licence, it is available in the nearest village.
